1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with Warranty Vault. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • The subscription must not have been fully utilized
  • No warranty claims have been filed during the subscription period

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@warrantyvault.in
  • Provide your account details and reason for refund request
  • Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions used for more than 30 days
  • Subscriptions with active warranty claims
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
  • Subscriptions purchased during special promotional periods

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the funds to be reflected.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for subscriptions that have been partially used. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in your subscription period.
